Main switchboard MSB – a low voltage switchgear designed for full or partial backup power supply, a three-phase alternating current with a nominal operating voltage of 380 V and 50 Hz frequency in public and industrial buildings.

Purpose: For three-phase AC voltage 380/220 V electricity distribution devices completing with a solidly grounded neutral, serving for the reception and distribution of electric power, branch-circuit lines protection from overload and short circuit currents. For transforming sub-stations completing, enterprises input equipment, residential and administrative buildings.

MSBs are divided into:

- input;
- linear and sectional.

The main switchboards (MSBs) can be manufactured with one, two and three inputs.
MSB with one input consists of input and linear panels.
MSB with two or three inputs consists of input panels, linear and sectional panels.

MSB equipment provides: protection against overload, short-circuits in power and control circuits; inputs load control; electricity metering; automatic input device shutdown and reserve input turning on during voltage failure on the primary line.
Protection level: IP30 - IP54

All the MSBs are manufactured in cases of own production which allows us to reduce time and costs of equipment manufacture. Depending on the customer's requirements, we can offer MSBs manufactured in ABB, Schneider Electric, Legrand, Rittal cases and in cases produced by other manufacturers.

 

Electrical distribution panels EDP – a low-voltage switchboard designed for receiving, metering and distribution of electric power in electrical installations of dwelling houses, public and industrial buildings.

 

Solvable problems:

  1. 0.4 kV voltage supply provision from two independent sources;
  2. Power distribution;
  3. Automatic or manual power switching between the sections (inputs);
  4. Process equipment protection against lightning and interference;
  5. Cable lines protection against overload and short circuit faults;
  6. Electricity consumption metering.

Application: industrial and civil engineering structures.

The used equipment:

• Circuit breaker type OT and OETL with mechanical reverse three-pole interlock (I - 0 - II) for currents within the range of 16 - 630A;
• Distribution panels with pull-out thermal-magnetic circuit breakers SACE (Isomax) Tmax of fixed and withdrawable versions for currents within the range of 16 - 630A; 
• Stack-mounted bus duct of calibrated copper strip, M0 grade of copper (oxygen-free smelting) with cross-section of 12x5 to 30x10 mm;
• Cabinet equipment and accessories. Protection level: IP31 - IP54.

 

Control cabinet –  low voltage switchgear designed for power circuits commutation (main circuits), control circuits and control (auxiliary circuits) of process equipment actuating devices, short circuit protection and current overload protection.

 

 

Control cabinets of pumps, electric motors and compressors with relay and microprocessor control circuits, and also with the use of frequency converters for asynchronous motors.

Purpose: Protection and operation of power supply circuits with process equipment.

Application: industrial structures, civil engineering structures, agricultural facilities, pumping stations, water treatment plants, sewage plants.

Solvable problems:

  1. 380V power supply provision from one of two or more independent sources (primary and backup, etc.) - Built-in AVR;
  2. Power distribution and protection of process equipment against overload and short circuit;
  3. Provision of power supply loads defined by power switching technology;
  4. Remote operation of power supply loads;
  5. Local power supply loads operation provision;
  6. Pumps (motors) equipment protection against overloads;

The used equipment:

  • Relay control scheme on ABB hardware-base (relays, contactors, thermal relays, buttons, switches);
  • Input automatic thermomagnetic circuit breakers SACE (Isomax) Tmax of fixed and withdrawable versions for currents within the range of 16 - 630A with motor drives as contact devices;
  • Contactors for power circuits commutation series ESB, A, AF up to 1650A with mechanical interlock from simultaneous operation, the switching time (response) of inputs within the range of 0.05 - 0.1 sec .;
  • The microprocessor control scheme based on ABB controllers;   
  • Frequency converters of ACS series by ABB, with capacity within the range of 0.37 kW - 2.8 MW and Vacon by Vaasa Control Oy, with capacity within the range of 0.37 kW - 1.5 MW; 
  • Cabinet equipment and accessories. Protection level: IP31 - IP54. 

 

Meter cabinet – is designed for commercial metering of consumed electricity 380/220 V with 50 Hz frequency. These cabinets are manufactured with direct or transformer meters. When installing a direct connection meter a visible break circuit breaker or an automatic circuit breaker is installed, it is used to turn off the power when working with the meter on the cabinet input. When using transformer connection meters in the cabinet a test box is installed for their connection.

Electrical distribution panel (EDP) – a low voltage switchgear designed for electricity input, distribution, metering, electrical circuits protecting against overloads and short circuit failures in residential, public, industrial, administrative and other buildings electric-power installations.

      

Application: industrial and civil engineering structures - allocation cabinets after EDP at small source points (floor, production facility power supply, etc.), dwelling-houses, office centers.

The used equipment:

  • Input and output thermomagnetic circuit breakers with B, C, D, K, Z time-current characteristics of type SACE (Isomax) Tmax for currents within the range of 16 - 630A, MS type for currents within the range of 0.16 - 100 A or S type  for currents from 0.5  to 125A;
  • Type OT and OETL circuit breakers with mechanical reverse three-pole interlock for currents within the range of 16 - 630A;
  • Contactors for power circuits commutation series ESB, A, AF to 1650A with voltage control of 380-400V, 220V, 110V AC, 24V AC / DC; the response time is within the range of 0.015 - 0.05 sec .; 
  • Thermal relays series TA and T of direct and transformer connection with trimming of the current installation from U rated for currents within the range of 0.1 - 630A;
  • Cabinet equipment and accessories. Protection level: IP31 - IP54.

  2. Power distribution and protection of process equipment against overload and short circuit failures;

ASA Cabinet (automatic standby activation)

ASA provides process equipment power supply distribution from independent sources. ASA is used in industrial facilities and civil engineering structures, cellular base stations, and others.

           

Problems solved with the help of ASA

  • ASA enables to supply voltage of 380 V from one of the two or more independent sources (primary and backup, etc.) or from diesel generator (DG);  
  • ASA distributes power and protects process equipment against overload and short circuit failures;
  • ASA automatically switches to the reserve input during a power outage; 
  • Manual power supply switch to DG  is provided with the help of  ASA;
  • ASA protects process equipment against lightning;
  • ASA conducts electricity metering; 
  • ASA provides power during the routine maintenance.

The used equipment:

  • Input automatic thermomagnetic circuit breakers of fixed and withdrawable versions for currents within the range of 16 - 630 A with motor drives as contact elements;
  • Contactors for power circuits connection  with a mechanical interlock preventing simultaneous operation, the switching (response) time of inputs within the range of 0.05 to 0.1 seconds;
  • Electric network status control is implemented in the relay with phase control, mesh voltage with upper / lower threshold trim, voltage imbalances (2-20% U rated) and phase sequence or multifunction meter (up to 63 network settings);
  • Cabinet equipment and accessories. Protection level: IP31 - IP54.
